So many stars have already invaded the red carpet event and later into the night, the Cannes Film Festival has thrown them and the rest of the festival attendees a “Welcome Party”. This is the first time the invitation-only festival did this and it seemed like a good idea to get the minds of participants off the fear of terror attacks. This year’s Cannes film festival has become uneasy for everyone since the state of emergency that France has been under due to Islamic State or Iraq and Syria (ISIS) attacks that killed around one hundred thirty (130) people.
